Early-stage drug discovery company

I was brought in by a technology startup to validate and refine their thinking on biological applications for their platform. Working closely with the CEO, engineering, and biology teams, I conducted a comprehensive application landscape analysis covering patient population, market opportunity, and molecular targets, then designed and initiated the proof-of-concept work. I also built out the lab infrastructure needed to run it, including addressing biosafety requirements and certifying critical equipment, and prepared materials to support their fundraising efforts. The company went on to secure additional funding.
